Payment Terms

Standard hours are Monday - Friday 8am -4pm. Support outside of these times, or urgent work is possible, but may incur a premium on the hourly rate.

Payment terms for new clients requires a 50% deposit of estimated first billing prior to the commencement of work.

Payments to be made by BACS within 14 days of invoice being issued.
